Dr. Alexej Pogorelov

Dr. Alexej Pogorelov currently serves as the Engineering Manager for Systems Engineering, Simulations & Test at Eaton, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Pogorelov was a Group Lead and Technical Expert in Thermal Management at Rheinmetall from June 2023 to September 2024, and held multiple engineering roles at Eaton between February 2020 and May 2023, including Lead Engineer and Systems Engineer focusing on eMobility. Dr. Pogorelov also gained experience at Robert Bosch GmbH as a Systems Engineer for Thermal Management Systems in electric vehicles. An academic background includes a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, with prior degrees in Aerospace Engineering, complemented by a semester abroad at the University of California, Berkeley.
