Ehsan Behboudi

Ehsan Behboudi, CFA, has extensive experience in sales and engineering, holding various leadership roles at Eaton since June 2010. Currently serving as District Sales Vice President for Pittsburgh, Ehsan focuses on culture, sales effectiveness, and channel relationships, leading a team responsible for approximately $200 million in sales growth within the construction and industrial markets across Upstate New York, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Previous positions at Eaton include Senior Manager of Commercial Operations, Product Line Manager, Product Manager, and Product Development Manager, where responsibilities spanned pricing, marketing communications, product development, and P&L management. Earlier experience includes roles as Design Engineer at Eaton, Systems Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, and Plant Engineer at Irving Tissue. Ehsan possesses a strong educational background with an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
