Emily Quan

Emily Quan currently serves as Vice President & Chief Counsel of Litigation at Eaton, a global intelligent power management company, where responsibilities include co-leading the Law’s Global Engagement & Development Team to promote an inclusive culture. Prior to Eaton, Emily was an Equity Partner at Huff Powell Bailey, a boutique trial law firm known for handling complex litigation, and also served as an Equity Partner at Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial, a national trial firm specializing in high-stakes litigation. Emily holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University.
