Frank Nelms

Frank Nelms is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in various roles across the engineering and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Eaton since October 2013, Frank previously held positions such as Lead Electrician at Southwestern Energy, where responsibilities included managing a team of electricians for drilling rig maintenance and upgrades. Other notable roles include Industrial Sales at Lighting & Power Solutions, Inc., Electrical Engineer at URS Corporation, and Plant Electrical Engineer at Green Bay Packaging Inc., where Frank oversaw capital and maintenance projects. Frank began a career as a Project Engineer at Potlatch Corporation and initially as a Field Engineer at Sperry-Sun Drilling Services. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, obtained in 1991.
