Hardy Hargrove

Hardy Hargrove is a seasoned professional in electrical and power distribution systems, currently serving as a Field Service Representative at Shermco Industries since May 2023. With extensive experience at Eaton from August 2007 to May 2023, Hardy held various positions including Power System Controls/EESS Ampgard MVD/MVC, EESS Technical Program Manager, and Senior Technologist, focusing on the startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Low and Medium Voltage Drives and Soft Starters. Prior to Eaton, Hardy worked at MeadWestvaco from October 1979 to August 2007, where responsibilities included leading the Power Distribution Maintenance Department and planning electrical projects. Hardy completed the IBEW Local 390 Electrical Apprenticeship Program from 1990 to 1994, earning a certificate as an electrician, and holds a diploma from Buna High School, graduated in 1978.
