Jason Carroll

Jason Carroll is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in technology leadership and advanced manufacturing. Currently serving as Vice President - Global Technology at Eaton since September 2016, Jason leads a global team of engineers and scientists in the development of next-generation power systems. Prior to this role, Jason held several positions at Rea Magnet Wire, including Plant Manager and Corporate Technical Manager, where significant improvements in manufacturing processes were achieved. Jason's career also includes key roles at Textron Systems, where contributions spanned component technology and Six Sigma initiatives. An academic background featuring a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan further complements Jason's expertise in the field.
