John Rhodes

John Rhodes is an accomplished executive currently serving as the President of Assemblies & Residential Solutions at Eaton since November 2023 and as President at Copeland Corporation since June 2023. Prior to these roles, John Rhodes held various positions at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, including Group President of Cold Chain and President of Refrigeration from March 2012 to June 2023, as well as President of Therm-O-Disc and President of Emerson Heating Products from May 2005 to March 2012. John Rhodes holds an MBA in Marketing from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
