Julie Ortenzi

Julie Ortenzi serves as the Director of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness in the Aerospace division at Eaton since July 2016, bringing extensive experience in employer branding, talent programs, and organizational leadership. Prior to Eaton, Julie held various roles at Case Western Reserve University, notably as the Director of Employer Development, where successful employer relations strategies were implemented, enhancing graduate student career opportunities. Julie's earlier experience includes recruitment and HR roles at PolyOne Corporation, Wachovia, OhioGuidestone, and a foundational internship at Employers Resource Council. Julie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Resources from Baldwin Wallace University.
