Michael Walsh, PhD, is currently the Sr. Director of Workforce Analytics and Planning at Eaton and has held various prominent roles in human resources and organizational effectiveness. They have served as the Head of Global People Strategy and Analytics at Bloomberg LP and held senior positions at PepsiCo, FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Mercer, where they focused on workforce analytics and client relationship management. Additionally, Michael is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Wayne State University. They served in the Illinois Air National Guard as an F-16 Crew Chief - Staff Sergeant from 2000 to 2006 and earned a PhD from Grand Canyon University in 2018.
