Param Alvenkar

Param Alvenkar is an Engineering Manager at Eaton, a position held since July 2015, currently focusing on Fuel & Boosting, leading teams of Mechanical Engineers in the development of Fuel tank Valves and Superchargers for global markets. Previously, Param served as Engineering Manager for Fuel, where responsibilities included enhancing the Quality Management System and acting as the Management Representative for IATF:16949 Quality certification. A strong background in New Product Development and Quality Improvement is evident from roles as Team Lead and Senior Engineer in the Clutch division. In addition to engineering responsibilities, Param has been a lead trainer on geometric dimensioning and tolerancing at Eaton India. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Engineering Design and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Early career experience includes internships at Starflex Sealing India Pvt. Ltd. and Steel Authority of India Limited.
