Poornima Iyer

Poornima Iyer serves as the Director of Product and Digital Strategy at Eaton since November 2022, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles including Head of Regional Category Management and Aftermarket Product Management Leader at ZF Group. Poornima's career includes significant positions at WABCO as Product Management Leader and Senior Product Manager, where oversight of cross-functional teams and product launches were key responsibilities. Experience also includes product line management at Meritor WABCO and automotive project engineering at Detroit Engineered Products, with a strong foundation in technical sales at WABCO-TVS in India. Poornima holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore, India.
