Ross Schalmo

Ross Schalmo is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Data Officer at Eaton since May 2022. Previously, Ross held multiple senior leadership roles at GE Aviation from November 2014 to May 2022, including Vice President of Enterprise Application Engineering and Senior Director of Data & Analytics, where responsibilities included overseeing self-service data analytics and data governance programs on a global scale. Ross's career at GE also encompassed roles in cloud services and network security, beginning with a focus on private cloud services and progressing to network architecture. Ross started in technology with SaberLogic, LLC as a programmer and has gained significant educational credentials, holding an MBA from Xavier University and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
