Salem Boyd

Salem Boyd, MBA, CSM, currently serves as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Eaton, where Salem developed a global supply chain buyer KPI dashboard in PowerBI and automated SAP data extraction, significantly improving processing efficiency. As Technical Program Director for the National Society of Black Engineers, Salem connects professionals to upskilling resources in technology. Prior experience includes roles at Texas Instruments as a Business Planning Analyst, where Salem mitigated supply chain shortages, and multiple analytical positions focused on business operations and pricing. Salem co-founded the Florida A&M University Chapter of the BDPA and has a strong educational background with an MBA in Management Information Systems from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
