Si Chen

Si Chen is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering with extensive experience in materials science and engineering applications. Currently serving as Global Technology Manager at Eaton since January 2020, Si Chen leads initiatives focused on energy transformation and government programs. Prior roles include Senior Specialist Engineer where responsibilities encompassed polymer composite additive manufacturing and hydrogen fuel cell material R&D for aerospace and vehicle applications, alongside securing over $18 million in government funding. Additional experience includes positions at Lockheed Martin as Staff Semiconductor Process Engineer, overseeing advanced semiconductor processes, and a Senior Development Engineer at Seagate Technology, where Si Chen developed cleaning processes and material handling for high-volume manufacturing.
