Stefan Weskamp

Stefan Weskamp is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in managing commercial strategies across diverse industries, including OEM and telecommunications. Currently serving as Head of Sales Industry & OEM at Eaton, Stefan previously held positions such as Business Line Manager at Axetris AG and Global Commercial Director at Johnson & Matthey, where responsibilities included driving profitable revenue growth and fostering key customer relationships. Stefan also contributed to Ascom Holding AG as Director Global OEM & Partner Sales, overseeing a global business unit with full P&L responsibility, and has a history of implementing successful sales strategies at Honeywell Scanning & Mobility, Motorola Solutions, and Hewlett Packard. Stefan holds a degree in Elektrotechnik and Automatisierungstechnik from Paderborn University.
