Stephen Lake

Stephen Lake has extensive experience in quality management and process improvement within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Quality and Lean Manager at Eaton since October 2005, Stephen has also undertaken temporary roles, including Distribution Manager, where responsibilities included managing a European distribution center and facilitating a transition to a 3rd Party Logistics provider. Previous experience includes positions at Cooper Bussmann Inc as a Quality Engineer and Process Improvement Engineer, as well as a manufacturing team leader. Additionally, Stephen worked as a Production Improvement Engineer at Dura Automotive Systems LLC, focusing on production enhancements and implementing a Kanban system for Toyota components. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Coventry University, earned between 1994 and 1997.
