Mikul Shah

Mikul Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Lotos Inn & Suites since January 2022, Mikul also co-founded Purple Elephant Ventures, focusing on sustainable travel and tourism in Africa. Additionally, Mikul holds advisory board positions with Old Mutual Kenya and has co-founded EatOut, a leader in marketing and technology solutions for restaurants in Kenya. Previous roles include Founder and Director of Nomad Africa, Director of The Pearl Guide Uganda, and Senior Advisor at Africa Tech Ventures. Educational qualifications include participation in the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies at Stanford University and a BEng Hons in Computer Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester.
