Nina Franchina

Nina Franchina has a strong background in the restaurant industry, with extensive experience in human resources and training. Nina began their career at Outback Steakhouse in 2009, starting as a Manager and later progressing to Regional Training Manager. In 2013, Nina joined PDQ Restaurants as a Training Manager and then went on to become the National Training Coordinator and Manager. Nina was promoted to Director of Training in 2016 and currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources.
