Liz Holt has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and companies. Liz started their career as an Event Coordinator at the Cincinnati Fringe Festival from August 2005 to August 2008. Following that, Liz worked as a Marketing Consultant as an Independent Contractor from August 2005 to January 2010.

In 2011, Liz joined Busy Bee Promotions as an Account Director & Marketing Manager. During their time there, they successfully planned and executed promotional events for various industry-leading clients. Liz also managed a team of Regional Marketing Managers and contractors, optimizing operational systems and acquiring top-tier clients. Liz remained with Busy Bee Promotions until June 2015.

After leaving Busy Bee Promotions, Liz joined Preä in May 2015 as a Field Marketing Manager. Liz provided strategic direction and operational leadership for Preä's brand launch in the Midwest and built a robust sales operations infrastructure to support the company's rapid expansion. In June 2016, Liz was promoted to Director of Field Marketing and Sales Operations, where they continued to oversee national marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives. In September 2018, Liz took on the role of Director of Marketing and Sales until November 2019. Liz'sresponsibilities included business development, promotional initiatives, category management, and relationship building with national retail partners. Liz played a critical leadership role, leading the implementation of high-impact new business development strategies and achieving consistent sales overachievement, including becoming the #1 BFY steak brand in the US.

Liz Holt graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre. Additionally, Liz pursued further education at the University of Maryland, focusing on Developing Innovation Ideas for New Companies. Liz also attended the University of Pennsylvania to study Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. The dates and degrees obtained for the latter three educational experiences are not provided.
