Felicia's career began at Short Stop Food To-Go as a Manager, progressing through various roles including Assistant General Manager at Kathleens Sky Diner & Art Bakery and Restaurant Manager at Whataburger. Felicia demonstrated leadership as Restaurant General Manager at Cafe Express and later as Restaurant Manager at Eatzi's Market and Bakery. Notably, Felicia excelled as General Manager at Eatzi's Market & Bakery from June 2019 to December 2023. Additional experience includes serving as F&B Staffing Manager & Recruiter at The Personnel Store, Inc. and contributing as Physical Education Assistant Coach at Winnetka Elementary School.
