Kathy Angelone is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef and Manager at Eatzi's Market and Bakery, leading the entire production of pastries, breads, sweets, and their presentation since April 2012. Prior to this role, Kathy held various leadership positions in the bakery departments at Safeway and Whole Foods Market, where responsibilities included managing staff, improving product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency. With extensive experience dating back to September 1979, Kathy has a track record of excellence in bakery management, notably running the highest volume bakery at Tom Thumb and developing specialty cake programs.
