Nick Snider has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as General Manager at Eatzi's Market and Bakery since January 2017. In this role, Nick developed and optimized operational processes, aligned with ownership on profitability goals, and led new store openings and staffing initiatives. Previously, as Training General Manager at Cafe Express from February 2012 to January 2017, Nick significantly improved store performance and played a key role in training managers across the Dallas Market. Nick's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Primo's Tex-Mex. Nick graduated from Burleson High School in 1999.
