Eau de Paris
Xavier Leflaive is a Principal Administrator at the OECD, actively involved in the Global Commission on the Economics of Water since 2004. In addition, Xavier serves as a Board Member for Eau de Paris, providing insights on operational decisions related to investment planning, tariff setting, and innovation. Xavier has been a Maître de conférence at Sciences Po since 2015, teaching a course on global governance, and previously held the position of Associate Professor at Université Paris 1 Sorbonne, focusing on organisation theory and sustainable development. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Le BIPE, Deloitte, and the French Embassy in Bangladesh.
