Claudia Ifrim is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Agile Freaks since March 2024, Claudia also holds the position of CTO and Co-Founder at Bit&R, an educational coding platform designed for children. With a strong background in software development, Claudia has worked at various prestigious companies including EOS CODE LAB, Eau de Web, INSOFT Development & Consulting, SIVECO Romania, and AMIQ Consulting. Additionally, Claudia contributes to academia as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, specializing in big data, programming, and communication protocols, while collaborating on research projects in these fields. Claudia Ifrim earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, complementing earlier degrees in Advanced Software Systems and Computer Science.

Established in 2006, Eau de Web is a Romanian company specialized in web development and digital content publishing. The areas covered by Eau de Web’s specialists vary from requirements definition, software architecture and system design, modern user interface design, accessibility and usability audits, development of web-based applications, component and system integration, system and data migration, application management, system maintenance, web hosting, helpdesk and support, training services and materials, all done using Agile practices. Most of our work is open-source and some of our code is re-used by other communities. Our team includes contributors to Drupal and Plone core and add-ons.
