Sarah McKnight

Sarah McKnight, CHHE, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Rooms Division and former Director of Housekeeping at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa since June 2015. Recognized for leadership with a Forbes Five Star Rating in 2016 and named Leader of the Year in 2017, Sarah manages 309 rooms and leads a team of 60 Five-Star Hoteliers. Previous roles include Accounts Payable Specialist at Tarpon Energy Services, Front Office Manager at Sage Hospitality Resources, and Front Desk Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where Sarah was part of the pre-opening management team. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
