Francesco Donato Perillo

Francesco Donato Perillo is a seasoned academic and professional with extensive experience in human resource management, leadership development, and digital transformation. Currently a Professor of Persone, Macchine e Organizzazione nella trasformazione digitale and Senior Professor at Università degli studi Suor Orsola Benincasa since 2006, Francesco also serves as an Associate Partner at HSL Foundation, where involvement includes scientific committee work and the design of business culture forums. Additional roles include being a member of the OIV at EAV Ente Autonomo Volturno since 2019, management trainer at LUISS Business School until November 2023, and a professor of Human Resource Management. Previously, leadership experience includes serving as President of AIDP - Gruppo Campania and Chief Operating Officer at Space Academy Foundation.
