Eazewell is an AI-powered execution platform for life administration, helping individuals, families, employers, and institutions manage the digital and administrative work that surfaces as life changes.

Co-founded by Donnell Beverly Jr., NBA MVP Russell Westbrook, and NBA All-Star Kemba Walker, Eazewell was inspired by the real-world complexity families face when navigating caregiving, major transitions, and loss. The platform is designed to reduce friction, protect identity, and ensure critical tasks are completed—without adding burden to HR teams, brokers, or support systems.

Unlike traditional planning or information tools, Eazewell acts as a digital custodian and execution layer, identifying accounts, organizing documents, and completing administrative actions on a user’s behalf across key life moments.

Core capabilities include:

Discovery and management of digital accounts, subscriptions, and identity exposure

Secure organization and sharing of essential life documents

AI-assisted execution of administrative and follow-through tasks

Support for caregiving, major life transitions, and end-of-life coordination

Deployment through employers, financial institutions, health plans, and care organizations

Eazewell is backed by investors including Tru Skye Ventures, Chad Brownstein, Jeron Smith, Will Smith, and Echo Investment Capital, and is built in collaboration with AI leader Viviane Ghaderi (formerly Amazon, BMW).

Mission: To ensure no one faces life’s hardest administrative moments alone.
