Smita Gautam

Smita Gautam has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Smita started their career at Target in 2007, where they worked as a HR Team Member responsible for recruitment activities such as drafting job advertisements, screening candidates, and conducting HR interviews. After leaving Target in 2009, Smita joined Eazy Hire in 2015 as a Business Delivery Head. Eazy Hire was later acquired by insiders.asia in 2016, where Smita continued to work as a Client Partner. At insiders.asia, their role involved talent mapping, research, and intelligence services, with a focus on CXO and leadership positions. Smita also played a significant role in reducing executive hiring costs for clients.
