Shivam Yadav

Shivam Yadav has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and sales industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Associate Trainee at Jaypee Hotels & Resorts. In 2012, they joined The Oberoi Group as a Food and Beverage Assistant, focusing on guest satisfaction. After that, they worked at Taj Hotels as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of a multi-cuisine restaurant. In 2015, they joined PrivatAir as a Cabin Crew, where they provided excellent service to VVIP passengers flying on behalf of Lufthansa Airlines. Currently, they are working at EazyDiner, where they have held roles such as Manager - Events and Alliances, Area Sales Manager, and currently as an Associate Director of Sales.

Shivam Yadav pursued their education from 2007 to 2009 at St. George's College, where they completed their Intermediate degree in the field of Science. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2012, they enrolled at the Indira Gandhi National Open University and obtained a Bachelor of Tourism Studies degree, focusing on Tourism and Travel Services Management. During this time, they also attended the Jaypee Hotels Training Centre and completed the Graduate Hospitality Proficiency Program, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management.
