Saja Shakya

Saja Shakya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations, currently serving as a Senior Officer at EBPearls Pty Ltd since November 2017. Saja leads the complete recruitment process, traineeship programs, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, and addresses employee grievances while providing counseling. Additionally, Saja represents the company in external events and has successfully implemented HRIS and ATS systems. Prior to this role, Saja gained experience as an HR Intern at Nepal Bank Limited in 2017. Saja holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Padmakanya Multiple Campus, completed in 2017.
