Raghu Reddy Suram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as CEO & Head of AI at EB1A Experts, Raghu has previously held significant positions at Salesforce, [24]7.ai, BOLD, and Seven Lakes Technologies, focusing on areas such as natural language processing, predictive modeling, and conversational AI. Notable achievements include developing a conversation builder with substantial revenue potential at [24]7.ai and enhancing product capabilities at Salesforce. Raghu co-founded H pyroproducts, where strategic partnerships led to increased revenues, and has also contributed to improving machinery efficiency at ACCPRE Engineering. Raghu holds a Master's degree in Business from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, complemented by studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.
