Cassie Spencer serves as the Director of People & Culture at EB5 Capital since September 2022. Previously, Cassie held various HR roles, including HR Consultant at Turn Biotechnologies and The Lewis Consulting Group, LLC, where consulting services and department outsourcing were provided to clients in the DMV area. Cassie also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at TwentyEighty Strategy Execution, supporting HR functions for subsidiaries across the US, Canada, and EMEA. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist at ADNET Systems, Inc., focusing on compensation compliance and HRIS implementation, as well as a Senior Human Resources Assistant at PCAOB, managing transactional HR processes.
