Juline Kaleyias

Juline Kaleyias is a seasoned professional with a focus on business development and investor relations in the investment migration sector. Currently a member of the Investment Migration Council since August 2023, Juline has served as Vice President of Business Development at EB5 Capital since September 2012, a company specialized in raising foreign capital for U.S. real estate projects through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Previous roles include Investor Relations Director, Investor Relations Manager, and Investor Relations Client Coordinator. Juline's early career includes experience as a Mandarin Chinese Language Instructor at Concordia Language Villages and a fellowship with Princeton in Asia, which promotes educational and cultural exchange between the U.S. and Asia. Juline holds a Master of Arts in International Trade and Investment Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mandarin Chinese and Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland, along with studies at Zhejiang University and Fudan University.
