Joe Deluca

Joe DeLuca, GISP, is a seasoned professional in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President at EBA Engineering, Inc. since February 2017, Joe has also held roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience includes project management positions at Chesapeake Environmental Management, Inc., EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., URS Corporation, and PBS&J, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination, data analysis, client needs assessments, and GIS data management. Joe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
