Joshua Tupra

Joshua Tupra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Joshua started their career at Barclays Bank Ghana as a Client Relationship Manager, where they audited borrower applications, coached small business owners, and managed treasury deposits. Joshua then moved on to Far East Mercantile Ltd, where they worked as a Key Account Executive, driving revenues through building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers. Later, at Far East Mercantile Limited, they served as a Territory Sales Manager, leading sales efforts, negotiating shelf space, and ensuring distributor profitability. Next, at TeledataIct Limited, they worked as a Sales Supervisor/Service Manager, expanding the customer base, forecasting and reporting sales, and researching competitor activities. Joshua then joined AirtelTigo Ghana as a Business Development professional, identifying opportunities, driving revenues, and managing a team. Currently, Joshua is a Business Development Manager at eBanqo, Inc., where they generate leads, drives outbound sales campaigns, and maintains relationships with decision-makers. Throughout their career, they have consistently met or exceeded goals and provided accurate updates and forecasts.

Joshua Tupra attended the University of Professional Studies, Legon, Accra from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a BSc in Accounting with a focus on Commerce. In 2022, they enrolled at the University of Benin Affiliate, Accra, completing a Diploma in Distance Learning Education with a specialization in Professional French from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they attended Accra Technical University, earning an HND in Marketing. Their field of study during this time was Sales and Marketing Management and Related Support Services. Additionally, in 2020, Joshua completed a certificate program in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design from INCO Academy, Dublin Ireland, through an online platform.
