Leo Lin

Leo Lin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at eBaoTech Corporation since July 2014, where responsibilities include planning and executing campus recruitment activities that successfully onboarded 1,523 interns, with 451 transitioning to full-time roles. Prior to this, Leo worked as a Senior Recruiter at Bleum Incorporated, focusing on identifying staffing needs and recruiting high-level technical candidates both domestically and internationally. Leo also held roles as a Senior Recruiter at Accenture Technology Solutions and a Recruiting Specialist at eBaoTech Corporation, where recruitment of technical staff was executed through comprehensive life cycle processes. Leo’s career began at Alcatel-Lucent as a Project Deployment Management/Technical Support Engineer, providing professional services for installation and configuration of technology products. Leo holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
