Ronald Josefczyk has over 19 years of work experience in various roles at companies such as Elliott Group, Ebara Corp, and GE Oil & Gas. Ronald is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Elliott Group, where they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Global Engineering and Commercial Operations from May 2020 to October 2022. Ronald also served as the Director of Global Engineering from March 2018 to May 2020 and as the Director of Research and Development from April 2013 to October 2018. Before joining Elliott Group, Ronald worked at GE Oil & Gas as a Design Engineer in their Bladed Products division from 2003 to 2006. Ronald started their career at Elliott Group as a Product Engineer in the Bladed Products division in March 2008 and subsequently held roles as a Consulting Engineer in Hot Gas Expanders and Axial Compressors from May 2009 to April 2010 and as a Product Manager for Steam Turbines from April 2010 to April 2013. Prior to joining Elliott Group, they worked as a Compressor Technical Service Engineer at Ebara Corp from May 2006 to October 2007.
Ronald Josefczyk attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
