Shane Reph

Shane Reph has a strong work experience in the engineering and industrial sectors. Shane'smost recent position was as the Chief Operating Officer at Elliott Group, Ebara Corp, where they are currently employed. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Global Service and Director of Global Service Center Operations at the same company. From 2015 to 2019, they held the position of Vice President/Director of Global Service Sales. Before joining Elliott Group, Shane Reph worked at GE, where they served as the GM/VP of North American Operations O&G from 2004 to 2011. Shane also held the position of President at Sermatech International Inc. from 2001 to 2004.
