Alessia Coletta

Alessia Coletta has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as a People Experience Generalist at eBay since April 2025. Previously, Alessia held multiple positions at GetYourGuide from December 2018 to April 2025, including HR-Manager, HR Specialist Team Germany, and Training Team Lead, following an earlier role as Head of Customer Service. Prior to this, Alessia worked as a freelance interpreter and translator from January 2003 to 2014, engaging with various clients on topics ranging from tourism to medical conference interpretation. Alessia also was the leader of Customer Relationship Management at yourdelivery.de, and served at eBay as a New Business Specialist and Top Customer Care representative. Furthermore, Alessia gained initial experience as an intern in the conference department at the EMZ and in the sales department at Ilver S.p.A. Alessia holds a degree in interpreting and translation from Università degli Studi di Udine, graduating with high marks.
