Cai Ying Lee has diverse experience in various roles across multiple companies, emphasizing IT support and customer service. Beginning as a Sales Staff at Adidas Performance Store in early 2017, Cai Ying worked to meet customer needs and facilitate sales. Subsequently, an internship as a Production Assistant at 180 Degrees Brandcom Sdn Bhd involved assisting in the art department with various tasks. Transitioning to the IT sector, Cai Ying held the position of IT Ops/Support Analyst I at DXC Technology from June 2022 to April 2024, providing technical assistance to customers on hardware and software issues.
