Cameron Russell

Cameron Russell currently serves as the Legal Director for Privacy in Global Financial Services, Web3, and Digital Assets at eBay, advising on global payments privacy and leading privacy topics related to emerging technologies. Previous positions include membership on the Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and roles at Western Union, where Cameron was the European Data Protection Officer and contributed to GDPR compliance and privacy strategy. Academic experience includes adjunct professorships at Fordham Law School, teaching courses related to privacy and intellectual property. Additionally, Cameron was the Executive Director of the Center on Law and Information Policy at Fordham Law School, influencing privacy law and policy through research and legislative testimony. Cameron holds a Master of Laws and a Juris Doctor, both complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
