Gina Dicarlo

Gina DiCarlo, JD, Esq. serves as the Senior Manager of the Financial Intelligence Unit and Head of Investigations at eBay since February 2021. Prior to this role, Gina was a Compliance Manager at MUFG from April 2019 to February 2021, leading KYC and Screening initiatives within the GFCD Technology Advisory team.
