Jennifer Correa

Jennifer Correa is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in talent management, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Vice President of People at eBay since July 2018, Jennifer has progressed through various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of People Business Partner. Prior to eBay, Jennifer held multiple senior positions at Intuit from February 2005 to March 2018, focusing on talent development, performance, and engagement. Jennifer began their career at Brocade Communications, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner and HR Specialist roles from 2000 to 2005. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
