Joe Concannon

Joe Concannon serves as the Senior Director of Risk Management at eBay, overseeing teams focused on Seller Registration, Fraud Detection, Performance, Profiling, and Financial Exposure since November 2015. Prior to this role, Joe established a team vision that achieved over $2 million in annual loss reductions while leading cross-continental teams and enhancing operational efficiencies. Joe's extensive experience includes a Senior Vice President position at Citi, managing a remote team for model performance validation, and a Senior Manager role at PayPal, where a strategy was executed to release $30 million in held funds. Joe's career started at Citigroup as an Analytics Manager, optimizing risk mitigation and profitability strategies. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Decision Science from the University of North Texas.
