Karishma Shah

Karishma Shah is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience across various high-profile organizations, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at eBay since February 2021. In this role, Karishma has designed and launched over 40 cross-platform products across the UK, Germany, and the USA, including spearheading eBay's Local Maps shopping experience. Prior to eBay, Karishma worked as a User Experience Designer at Cisco, where a transformation of a Data Access Tool led to a significant reduction in retrieval time, and at Falkonry, where the launch of Falkonry LRS 2.0 resulted in a 50% growth in customer modeling. Experience also includes user experience design roles at SHEFI and General Motors, focusing on usability testing and collaborative design efforts. Karishma holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Web Design New Media from the Academy of Art University and a Diploma in Interactive Media from AEC College, Singapore.
