Laura Charest is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in digital product development and customer experience design. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager for eBay Live since January 2024, Laura previously held the role of Senior Product Manager focusing on collectibles buyer experiences at eBay from July 2022 to October 2023. Prior to eBay, Laura was Senior Vice President of Digital Product Management at Marsh, where leadership of a team aimed to enhance user experiences through a digital broker platform was key. Earlier roles included Vice President at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Laura defined customer onboarding processes, and positions at EY and Fidelity Investments centered on financial services advisory and project management. Laura holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Boston College, alongside participation in a study abroad program at UNSW.
