Mark Mendoza is an experienced attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Global M&A at eBay since October 2018. In this role, Mark oversees the legal aspects of significant transactions, collaborating closely with the corporate development team to address complex challenges while managing risk. Prior to eBay, Mark held the position of Assistant General Counsel for M&A and Corporate Transactions at Yahoo!, where legal guidance was provided on high-profile acquisition deals.
