Nick Inchausti is currently a Design Research Lead at eBay, following a tenure as a UX Researcher Lead at Facebook from 2020 to 2023. Previously, Nick held positions as a Senior UX Researcher and Lead UX Researcher at SurveyMonkey and contributed to the UserTesting team, designing and presenting over 100 usability studies for various industries. Nick began their academic career as a Lab Leader in the Applied Psychometrics Laboratory at California State University, Northridge, where they analyzed experimental data and led lab experiments.
