Shachar Adiv

Shachar Adiv is an experienced engineering professional specializing in Big Data and Machine Learning, currently serving as the Engineering Team Lead and previously as a Senior Software Engineer at eBay since August 2016. Responsibilities include building big data pipelines in Hadoop, scaling machine learning solutions in production, and developing highly scalable web applications, while also fulfilling the role of Scrum Master in an Agile development environment. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at SalesPredict, where Shachar built machine learning pipelines and integrated them with Salesforce and other third-party systems, and positions at IBM and Adobe. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Economics from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Haifa.
