Ted Yuan

Ted Yuan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science and experimentation. Currently serving as the Director of Data and Experimentation Science at eBay since April 2016, Ted leads the design and implementation of A/B testing platforms to enhance user experiences within the online marketplace. Prior to this role, Ted was a Principal Data Scientist at VIPShop US Inc. and worked as an Applied Researcher in Search Science at eBay, where significant contributions included the development of various ranking algorithms and predictive models. Career beginnings included positions at Yahoo!, Polivec, Spoke Software, Keynote Systems, and Infinity Financial Software, complemented by a PhD in Physics from Northeastern University.
